Join Us for an Evening of Divine Energy at ReikiNa

ReikiNa is the brainchild of native Houstonian, Chef Thomas Stacy, who cut his culinary chops at Uchi Houston. ReikiNa refers to the Japanese words “Sakana” and “Reiki” to mean “Snacks to pair with Divine Energy.” This will be a private multi-course tasting menu highlighting Japanese and Asian flavors through a French gastronomic lens and a philosophy of Kanso, Shinzen, and Datsuzoku – Simplicity, Naturalness, and Breaking Routine. You will find this divine experience anything but routine.

We’ll have an 8-Course Meal, but the evening will be a bit different as this is a Bring Your Own Bottle.

Bring Your Own Bottle to Share

The idea is that all guests will bring one or more great bottle(s) that they have been saving for that special occasion or that they think will compete their table partners’ selections. You will be seated with those bringing complementary wines based on style, varietal, and level of the wine. In other words, if you dig deep in your cellar, you will be seated with others who also dug deep. You need to submit the wine you are bringing no later than September 7th to bailli@houstonchaine.com or include it on your registration.

Champagne and Intermezzo provided by Bailliage de Houston.
