2022 Calendar of Events
Save the Date!
We are excited to announce that the Southwest Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition and Chapître will be held the weekend of February 23-26, 2023 in Galveston, TX. Some high-level details:
- Host Hotel: San Luis Hotel Spa & Conference Center: Located on the Seawall overlooking the Gulf of Mexico
- All rooms will have an ocean-front balcony
- Host School for Competition: Galveston College
- Schedule:
- Thursday, February 23: Casual Dine Arounds to reconnect with Chaîne friends
- Friday, February 24: Activities during the day, Welcome Reception and Dinner in the evening
- Saturday, February 25:
- Officer and Member Continental Breakfast Meeting
- Watch the Competitors
- Optional lunch at Galveston College
- Activities during the day
- Dinner Awards Banquet to announce the Southwest Jeunes winner
- Silent and Live auctions to benefit the Chaîne Foundation
Throughout the Year
Small Dinner Groups – members are assigned to small
groups of 8-10 to gather for intimate dinners, wine tasting, and camaraderie.
Dine Arounds – informal, small Dine Arounds will be
scheduled throughout the year.
Wine Tastings – gatherings for wine after work with
fellow members.
