Chef Alfredo Mojica
For the past 33 years, Chef Alfredo Mojica has worked inside a kitchen. More recently, Chef Alfredo now cooks and oversees the execution of his culinary ideas in his very own restaurant, Amore Italian Restaurant which just opened in December 2021.
Before this, Chef Alfredo was accustomed to cooking for a demanding and diverse clientele with palates from all over the world. Alfredo was previously the Executive Chef at La Griglia (1993-2000), Grotto (2000) and Da Marco (2000-2020).
Chef Alfredo believes that good food makes people happy, for to taste is to enjoy, experience and use one of the senses that makes us alive. Whether it is a delicious, new and innovative flavor or a dish that is reminiscent of our childhood, taking us back to our mother’s kitchen– the food that we eat has a certain mystique, passion-evoking power and emotional tone.
