a (not so) blind tasting

We will blind taste several high-quality red wines from well-known regions with a few years of age – wines which many of us generally don’t have access. To add another dimension to the experience, participants will divide into small teams and attempt to guess what wines they are tasting from a multiple-choice list – how fun!

This experience is enabled by the generosity of a few of our members who have reached deep into their personal cellars. They are selling the wines to the Houston Bailliage at their original cost, allowing us to enjoy exciting wines that are largely unavailable for retail.

The wines are from the following regions:

  • Bordeaux
  • Burgundy
  • Cote Roti
  • Barolo
  • Brunello
  • Napa

Make your reservation now! This event is very restricted due to the limited nature of the wines being tasted and is therefore being offered to Mondiale members first. We will then open registration to Chaîne members and guests if seating is available.
