In conjunction with the Southwest Chapitre & Jeunes Chefs Competition in Galveston,
we’ll have a fabulous dinner at one of Galveston’s finest restaurants!

Choice of Prime Filet topped with Cognac Sauce, Prime Ribeye topped with Chianti Sauce, or Gulf Red Snapper topped with Jumbo Lump Crab and Lemon Beurre Blanc. Whipped Potatoes and Asparagus on the side.
