A wine-centric event of our Chaîne Mondiale family!
Break out that special ITALIAN (or French or California) wine that you’ve been saving for a special occasion. Enjoy great Italian Dining with the animated and bodacious Restaurateur Arturo Boada. This eclectic Italian Cuisine is not to be missed!
The evening will start at 6 PM at Killer Vino (next door), with hors d’oeuvres and tasting of Franciacorta from Lombardia, Italy. It is Italy’s true equivalent to Champagne!
Then the Mondiale will march next door to Arturo Boada’s for a three-course dinner – a special menu, not available to the public – accompanied by your favorite wines.
First Course
Grilled Adriatic Octopus
Second Course
Homemade Veal Ravioli topped with Marinara Sauce
and Artichoke Ravioli topped with a Garlic Butter Sauce
Third Course
Grilled NY Strip in a Red Wine Reduction
Open To Mondiale Members Only Until August 26th
Members and Guests may reserve in advance,
but will not be confirmed until after August 26th.
Mondiale Members – $130 Chaîne Members – $140 Guests – $150
(Remember you can always join the Mondiale right now!)
Dress – Italian Casual – Untucked Shirts, Joyous Colors
Seating will be assigned based on:
1) Vintage, 2) Pairing, 3) Rating, or 4) Bottles contributed.
Please bring at least 1 (750ml) bottle per couple. All singles one bottle.
